Happy New Year 2020!

Hi Everyone, Happy New Year 2020!

We want to thank you all for your continued interest and support; this past year was  beyond difficult and as a result blogging fell by the wayside. 2019 started in the worst way possible with the agonizing loss of My Father, my dear Uncle and my sweet Cousin. While trying to make sense of these terrible losses we made the decision in August to adopt a rescue Sato dog from Puerto Rico. We named her Sita, meaning "from the Earth" and after the Hindu Goddess of the Harvest. While many may say we saved her; there is no question she definitely saved us, giving us plenty of reasons to smile through our sadness this past year.

So we wish you all a very Healthy, Happy and Prosperous 2020, and look forward to sharing more recipes and kitchen how to's throughout the new year!

This year we'll have some more new and interesting things to share, so stay tuned...
