DeleteWhat a busy time Emily. The brittle looks fab but I know I would just gobble it all down despite being full of coffee beans and sugar so just as well it was all the way over there! I've never had an idli (or an appam) so they are high on my list. Maybe a trip to Kerala will sort that out. Fingers crossed. All the best for the holdays. xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Fiona! I had to parcel them out otherwise I wold have eaten it all! As for the idle and appam they are pretty bland, they serve as the perfect conduit to soak up and ferry delicious pickles and sambar into your mouth. Good luck with Kerala! :)
